Do you guarantee results?+
We guarantee the system. If a build never passes its signed acceptance tests within 30 days of scheduled go-live and you met your side of the agreement, the build fee comes back in full. Revenue promises are how this industry earned its reputation, and we do not make them. Instead, your monthly report computes hours returned from run logs and the baseline numbers you signed, so the results case is built from your own data.
What happens when something breaks?+
Defects are free for 30 days after acceptance, 60 on the largest builds. On a retainer, monitoring usually catches failures before your team does, and the fix clock starts at next business day or faster depending on tier. Changes by third-party platforms and edits made on your side route to the retainer instead of the warranty, and the agreement says so in plain words.
Who owns the accounts and the tooling?+
You do. Every platform, API key, and phone number is registered to your business, and we build inside your workspace. If we part ways, everything keeps running and you keep everything.
Why fixed prices instead of hourly?+
Hourly billing pays a vendor for taking longer. Fixed prices against a signed test list mean you know the cost before we start and you know exactly what done means. Anything new that comes up mid-build becomes a written change order you approve first.
What do you build with?+
Proven automation platforms like n8n and Make, plus the AI models fit for each job, all running in accounts you own. Your team can see every workflow, and nothing is locked inside a proprietary tool you cannot leave.
How fast do we go live?+
The Blueprint takes ten business days. Single-system builds go live in one to two weeks, cross-system pipelines in two to four, and full AI agents in four to six with a staged rollout. The clock pauses only while access or approvals wait on your side, and the agreement spells out how.
What do you need from us?+
System access within five business days of kickoff, a point person for about two hours a week, and acceptance testing within five business days of handoff. All of it is written into the agreement before any build starts.
Can we cancel the retainer?+
Three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days notice. Leaving costs you nothing operationally, because you own every account and every workflow keeps running without us.
