Snapshot Smart Lists turn your client setup into a product
Three HighLevel updates this week make client work easier to package and easier to show off. The biggest one lets you build your CRM segments once and ship them into every new sub-account.
Update 01
Snapshot Smart Lists
Company and Custom Object Smart Lists can now ride inside an Account Snapshot, so the segments you build once load into every new client account. Your onboarding kit gets more complete, and each new client needs less hand setup.
Your move this week: Pick the three Smart Lists you rebuild for every client, test them in your template sub-account, then refresh your main Snapshot with those lists and the fields they filter on.

Client Dashboard Widgets
General widgets on sub-account dashboards now take saved filters, locked date ranges, period comparisons, custom names and themes. You can hand a client a dashboard that shows their numbers in their words instead of a generic screen.
Your move this week: Open one client's dashboard, rename the top widgets in plain language, set one to this year compared with last year, and walk the client through it on your next call.

Meta Budget Controls
Ad Manager now lets you choose a campaign budget or ad set budgets for Meta campaigns, share part of an ad set budget across ad sets, and pick a bid strategy inside HighLevel. More of a client's Meta setup can now live in the same place as the rest of their account.
Your move this week: Build your next client Meta campaign in Ad Manager with a campaign budget, and note which steps still send you back to Meta so you know what the switch saves.
