Your n8n workflow can reply to a new lead before they close the tab
A lead fills out your form, and then nothing happens for hours. One agency owner put it plainly: "There were tons of leads he didnt even reply to." This play gets a personal first reply out while the lead is still thinking about you.
- Job: Speed to lead
- Add a Webhook node set to receive POST requests, and point your lead form's submit action at its production URL, so the workflow starts the moment someone submits.
- Map the lead's name and message into an Anthropic node authenticated with your Claude API key, and have it draft a short, personal first reply.
- Add a Send Email node with your SMTP credential, set the lead's address as the recipient, and send the drafted reply as the body.
- Switch the Webhook node from its test URL to its production URL before you go live, so every real submission actually gets answered.
The catch: If the webhook breaks or the API changes, replies stop going out until someone checks the execution log, so look at it weekly.
Three ways to get this done

- Do it yourself (Free). The step-by-step playbook: what to do each week, in plain words, and how to know each step is done. Download the playbook: closing
- Let the agent run it ($97 a month). The Speed-to-Lead agent connects to your GoHighLevel sub-accounts and shows how fast every lead got a reply, and which ones nobody answered. Start for $97 a month
- Have us run it for you ($2,500 setup, then $297 a month). We set the playbook up in accounts you own, against acceptance tests you sign, then run it and report the numbers every month. Have us run it

Run this once and every new lead gets a reply before they forget they filled out your form.
