Your client's weekly numbers can land in Slack on their own

"How are you all handling client reporting without burning half a day every month?" is a question a lot of agency owners are still asking every month.

  1. Job: Client reporting

Every month it is the same Monday: someone has to open each client's ad accounts and analytics, pull the numbers, and type them into a message before the day gets any busier.

That copying stops being a task. The client's weekly numbers can already be sitting in the Slack channel they check anyway, waiting there before the agency owner has even opened their laptop Monday morning.

n8n is the piece doing the work. You set it to run once a week, point it at wherever the numbers already live, and tell it which Slack channel to post the update to; from then on it sends the message itself, on the schedule you picked.

The client still gets their weekly update. The agency owner just never has to be the one who typed it.

    Tools that do this:

The catch: If the place the numbers come from changes how it is laid out, the post stops updating until someone notices and fixes the workflow.

Three ways to get this done

The retention playbook: 30 days, step by step
    • Do it yourself (Free). The step-by-step playbook: what to do each week, in plain words, and how to know each step is done. Download the playbook: retention
    • Let the agent run it (Founding cohort). The agent for this playbook drafts the work into an approval queue you control. We are proving it with a small group of agencies first. Apply for the founding cohort
    • Have us run it for you ($2,500 setup, then $297 a month). We set the playbook up in accounts you own, against acceptance tests you sign, then run it and report the numbers every month. Have us run it
