Your GoHighLevel missed calls can book themselves back
One owner said of a client: "There were tons of leads he didnt even reply to." Many of those leads start as a missed call, and the fix is already in the HighLevel account you pay for.
- Job: Speed to lead
The play
- In the client's sub-account, open Workflows and start from HighLevel's missed call text back recipe, or build one on the Call Status trigger with the direction set to incoming and the status set to not answered.
- Add a Wait action of 30 to 60 seconds before the first text. Owners who tested it report that an instant reply sounds robotic.
- Have Claude write the Send SMS text in the client's voice: ask what they called about and offer a booking link. Add the Generate One Time Booking Link action so each caller gets their own link.
- Turn on Stop on Response in the workflow settings, so a caller who replies gets no more automated texts from this workflow.
- Add an Add Contact Tag action, for example missed-call-recovered, so the client can pull up every recovered call in one filtered list.
The catch
Texting from a US local number needs A2P 10DLC registration first, and one owner called phone setup "not plug-and-play". HighLevel's own help page points to that registration when these texts fail to send, so check it before you promise a client anything.
Agent upgrade
Built for youAgencyGrowth builds this in your client's HighLevel account, along with the follow-up sequence and acceptance tests, so you can sell it as a line item instead of a favor.
