Joining

You become a partner once we approve you and send your partner link. We can decline or close any partner account.

How a referral is credited

• When someone opens your partner link, we record you as their referrer for 90 days on that browser. If they open another partner's link later, the most recent link counts.
• If you introduce a client who then buys after a call with us, we credit you when we send their checkout link. Tell us about the introduction before the client buys.
• Purchases you make for yourself or your own business earn no commission.

Your commission

You earn 20% of every payment we collect from a customer you referred, before taxes, on:

• Monthly plans, for every month the customer stays subscribed.
• Builds, whether paid in full or on a payment plan. On a payment plan you earn 20% of each payment as we collect it, which adds up to 20% of the full build price once the plan is paid.

Payments we never collect earn no commission.

When you are paid

• A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it comes from is collected.
• We pay commissions that have become payable once a month, by the method we agree with you.
• We may ask for tax forms before your first payout. Taxes on your commissions are your responsibility.

Refunds and disputes

If a payment is refunded or disputed, the commission on it is cancelled. If we already paid that commission, we take it out of your next payouts.

How you promote us

• Tell your audience that you earn a commission when they buy through your link, as the law requires.
• Describe our offers accurately. Do not promise results, income, or prices we have not published.
• Do not send spam or present yourself as Agency Growth.

We can withhold commissions on referrals that break these rules.

Marketplaces

If you promote one of our offers through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace's terms and payout schedule apply to sales made there.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms with 30 days' notice. Commissions earned before a change are paid under the terms in place when they were earned. Either side can end the partnership at any time, and commissions already earned are still paid on schedule. Questions? hello [at] agencygrowth [dot] com.
