1. Using the site

By using this website you agree to the terms in this section. The site provides information about our services, free tools and articles, and lets you book a call, apply, or join our newsletter. You agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt it, misuse it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it, or try to access parts of it you are not given access to.

2. Free tools, articles and AI output

Free tools, audits, reports and articles on this site are general information, not professional advice, and are not tailored to your situation unless we say so in writing. Some of them are produced with the help of AI and can contain mistakes, so check anything important before you rely on it. Results we describe are examples from specific situations, not guarantees.

3. Self-serve purchases

This section applies to products you buy directly on the site, such as plans, credits and digital plans. You accept it with the checkbox at checkout.

• Prices are in US dollars and are charged at checkout unless the offer says otherwise.
• Each purchase includes what is described on its offer page and at checkout, and is complete when that is delivered.
• Payments are non-refundable. Digital products and access are delivered as soon as payment clears.
• Subscriptions renew each billing period until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Credits are used as described on the plan you bought and have no cash value.
• Charges appear on your statement as AGENCYGROWTH. If you have a question about a charge, contact us at hello [at] agencygrowth [dot] com and we will look into it with you directly.

4. Custom service work

Custom work, such as builds, retainers and partnerships, is covered only by our Standard Terms and the Statement of Work for that engagement, which you review and accept on your proposal before any payment. If anything on this page differs from your signed Statement of Work or the Standard Terms, those documents win for that work.

5. Intellectual property

The content, branding and design on this site belong to Agency Growth unless we say otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit.

6. No warranties

The site, its free tools and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the site will always be available or error free, or that any particular result will follow from using it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Agency Growth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a self-serve product, and our total liability for a self-serve product is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Third-party links and services

The site links to, and works with, services run by other companies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Changes to section 1 apply to your use of the site from then on.
