Which AI engines does it check?
ChatGPT search, Claude search and Perplexity, through each vendor's search API. Answers change from run to run, so a weekly run is a sample and the trend over weeks is the signal.
Does my site need to be on your platform?
No. Citation checks, the setup kit and the count of visitors sent by AI answers work on any website that accepts a script tag, including Shopify, Wix, HubSpot and GoHighLevel. Counting AI crawlers needs server access: the WordPress plugin, a Cloudflare Worker, or a few lines of your own server code.
Why can't it count AI crawlers on Shopify, Wix, HubSpot or GoHighLevel?
AI crawlers do not run scripts, so only the server sees them, and those platforms give no access to server logs or to a Cloudflare proxy in front of the site on standard plans. On those sites the report still shows whether AI answers cite you and how many visitors they send.
What does it cost?
