How to connect Fireflies to Claude or ChatGPT
Fireflies has its own connector for AI assistants. Here is how to use it, and where it stops.
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add Fireflies. It signs in with your Fireflies account (OAuth).
- In Claude Desktop you can instead add the remote server https://api.fireflies.ai/mcp with your Fireflies API key.
- ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP-compatible tools connect to the same server.
What that gives you: Claude can search your meetings and answer questions about them when you ask.
Where it stops
Nothing happens unless someone asks. No call is scored against your script, no rep gets a fix note, and nobody sees the pattern across a team's calls. That is the job of the Call Coach agent below.

- Paste it into the Call Coach agent with your sales script. We check the key, store it encrypted, and score your most recent external calls.
- Paste the webhook address and signing secret we show you into Fireflies' webhook settings, tick meeting.transcribed, and every new call is scored automatically.

What it costs
The Starter plan is $97 a month and includes 300 credits every month. Unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed. Scoring a call uses 1 credit per started 30 minutes. You keep paying Fireflies directly for your own account; we never resell it.

How do I connect Fireflies to Claude?
Add Fireflies from Claude's Connectors settings, which signs in with your Fireflies account. Fireflies labels speakers as Speaker 1 and Speaker 2. Can it still find my rep?
Yes. When the labels match the account owner's name, the agent uses that. When they are generic, the coach names which speaker is the salesperson before measuring talk share and questions, and every scorecard says which method was used.
Will the agent make up quotes from my calls?
No. Every pass or fail on a judged line needs a quote that is found word for word in the transcript. If the quote is not there, the line shows UNKNOWN instead of a score.
Can I ask Claude about my Call Coach scorecards?
Yes. Agency Growth runs its own MCP server at https://agencygrowth.com/api/mcp. Create an API key in your dashboard under Settings, add the server to Claude as a custom connector with that key, then ask things like "which reps did not book a next step this week?". It can list scored calls, open a full scorecard with its verified quotes, and score your latest calls.
Why not use Fireflies' own sales coaching?
If your whole team is already on Fireflies Business, try it first: it scores calls against criteria you set and fills BANT, MEDDIC or SPICED scorecards, at $19 per seat a month billed annually ($29 month to month).
